8] dharmesh chauhan, sent sukhi a retrospective email,,

on tuesday 13th january 2015,, 2- days  after dharmesh chauhan,s phone call and text message to sukhi, chauhan sent sukhi an email at 13:26pm,,

within his retrospective email, chauhan lies about the phone call that took place between sukhi and himself on  sunday,,,

chauhan,s words from his email is referenced in blue,,

sukhi is referenced to in pink

chauhan,s email falsely  alleged,,

a] "As discussed and as we have said previously that we were to test whether your extra hours are deemed acceptable to the business and it has been decided to reduce your hours to allow extra staff who are then willing to cover shifts when other staff are away"

a] dharmesh chauhan,s email to sukhi, proves chauhan is lying,, sukhi would have already  known  what her new shifts were,, there would have been no requirement for chauhan to text sukhi any new shifts on sunday11th january,,

b] "we also spoke on sunday and we agreed to the change in hours then verbally over the phone-well before the reasonable 12 hours notice""

b] again chauhan is proven to be lying,,  chauhan,s text message to sukhi  at 7: 02pm on sunday evening,, provided no verification of any agreement,, verbally or otherwise between sukhi and himself,,

c] "After that a note was sent out showing the new working times for ALL the new and existing staff members"

c] chauhan again proves himself to be lying,,  he is now, saying that a note was sent out  to sukhi,, there was no note, sukhi only received a text message,

d] "You asked about notice but we have provided you reasonable  notice to change your shift times. How much notice is "reasonable" ? There is no law simply defining reasonable. In most cases, a minimum of 12 hours notice would be expected as reasonable to cancel a shift and we have provided you with sufficient notice for this

d]  chauhan is now stating that sukhi asked about notice,, and a minimum of 12 hours notice would be expected as reasonable to cancel a shift,,

this makes a liar out of chauhan,s  previous statement,, see b,, where chauhan previously alleged that sukhi agreed,,

chauhan is now,, making reference to cancelling a shift,,  his text message to sukhi, proves that he took her mondays and thursdays off her and placed her to work on tuesdays,, and he also reduced her working hours,, from 20 hours per week to only 16 hours per week,, which is not cancelling a shift, as his email below states,,

Galatians 5: King James version (KJV) 5, stand fast therefore in the liberty where with Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage,,

29] cocoa interspace global international common law courts   of justice,

                                       verdict

dharmesh chauhan has been found guilty, of causing harm loss and injury to sukhjinder kaur, by a jury of twelve people on seventeenth of march two thousand and fifteen,

the court orders dharmesh chauhan to pay costs to sukhjinder kaur, including court costs, of thirty thousand pounds stirling, to sukhjinder kaur, by 1st May 2015,

to this day dharmesh chauhan, is unlawfully continuing to refuse to pay sukhi her wages and holiday pay,, dating back to december 2014,,

chauhan  falsley alleged alleged that he dismissed sukhi, on 17th january 2015, yet he  has never settled up any of her wages, and he has continued to unlawfully hold on to her P45 ,,

on the 6th april 2015 the HMRC confirmed to sukhi over the phone, that sukhi,s employment with dharmesh chauhan  is still live  on their system, meaning that dharmesh chauhan, has not ended sukhjinder kaur,s employment,

dharmesh chauhan continues to hold on to sukhi,s P45,

sukhi formally notified the HMRC on 6th april 2015 that she has ended her employment with dharmesh chauhan,

28] chauhan sent a further threatening email to sukhi

chauhan is making further unconfirmed allegations,, of the police advising him  that a method of payment by cheque can be manipulated, to unlawfully alledge that sukhi must provide her bank details,,

see exhibit of chauhan,s email below

24]   email from cocoa interspace to chauhan,

again instructing chauhan to comply with a cheque payment,, inter alia,

see self explanatory exhibit below

23]   chauhan continues to refuse to pay sukhi,s  wages,

dharmesh chauhan was notified by cocoa interspacecommon law court  representing sukhi, that a payment by cheque is now required,, chauhan is now asking for sukhi,s bank details,, of which there is no requirement for a cheque payment,,

22]   see self explanatory exhibit of email to chauhan from cocoa interspace below,,
due to chauhan,s continuing refusal to pay sukhi her wages and all other money owed to her, chauhan is now required to settle up via a cheque payment,,

21]chauhan emails further serious fraudulent allegations against sukhi,

1] chauhan fraudulently atempts to back date a dimissal of sukhi to 17th january

2] chauhan fraudulently refused to acknowledge sukhi,s sick note

3] chauhan fraudulantly accused sukhi of misconduct

4] chauhan fraudulently made unconfirmed allegations, that he reported sukhi to the police and fraud office

5] chauhan fraudulently made unconfirmed allegations of the police giving him a crime number regarding sukhi,

see exhibit of chauhan,s email below

14]  chauhan sends sickening email to sukhi

chauhan,s email to sukhi, makes further fraudulent allegations against her,, chauhan would have seen the clear CCTV notice at sukhi,s front door, when he arrived to get the keys

chauhan ran off imediately after sukhi handed him the keys,, to prevent sukhi from gaining evidence of his assurances of returning with her wages,,

chauhan,s email is now, sickenly including his own wife and children,, in his fraudulent allegations against sukhi, by falsely stating that they were witnesses, when he collected the keys from sukhi,,  we have video evidence, proving that they was not present, which also proves his other allegations ,within his email to also be false,,

see exhibit below of chauhan,s continuing fraudulent allegations

12]   employer refuses to pay wages

friday 16th january 2015, was sukhi,s pay day, dharmesh chauhan was required to pay sukhi her wages and her overdue holiday pay,

chauhan had previously told sukhi that he will sort out the error over december,s holiday pay with her on monday 12 of january 2015,,

chauhan did not pay sukhi,s holiday pay and he also refused to pay, her wages on friday,,

chauhan saw sukhi in the laundrette on friday evening,, he empied all of the money from the machines and rushed off without paying sukhi her wages and holiday money,,

that evening sukhi sent chauhan an email,, requiring him to pay her wages within the next 24 hours,,

see exhibit below of sukhi,s email to chauhan [assisted by lawyer yvonne pears, cocoa interspace],

9]  sukhiphoned dharmesh chauhan on several occasions but he did not answer his phone,,,

sukhi did not want to lose her job as she had been employed by chauhan at the laundrette for a year and 10 months, so she decided to continue with her job, knowing that she would get to see to dharmesh chauhan on friday, her pay day,,

sukhi was also upset about chauhan,s email and hoped that he would amicably sort  out her shifts, face to face on friday,, but chauhan,s allegations against sukhi via his reference to other members of staff,, also  played on her mind,, as she had a good relationship with them,, so she sent him an email on thursday ,[assisted by cocoa interspace] to obtain the names of the staff members, whom he alleged were saying things about her to him,,

6] see exhibit of payslip below,, dated 26th december 2014,,

this is a copy of sukhi,s payslip,, "prior to her 2-week,s holiday",, the payslip proves that mr chauhan  omitted   sukhi,s holiday pay from her wages, ,he paid her for her extra shifts and assured her that he will look into it when she returns to work on monday12th january,,

5]  see exhibits below of 3- of sukhi,s wage slips,

providing proof, of her normal working hours,, and proof of her extra shifts,, where she has helped mr chauhan out,, sukhi was happy with her usual 4-shifts per week,, as it gave her a much needed income and also allowed her time with her children,,

4]  see exhibit of dharmesh chauhan,s email below,

18th september 2014, shows that, sukhi had been working extra shifts to help dharmesh chauhan out, due to staff absenteeism and them leaving,,

13] employers criminal actions cause harm and duress

dharmesh chauhan rang sukhi at 7:14pm on saturday evening, under the false pretences of obtaining her spare set laundry keys, to pay sukhi her wages and other money he owed her, from his  takings,,

chauhan reasured sukhi that he would come straight back with her keys and money, as the laudrette is only down the road,,

sukhi, gave chauhan the keys and she felt happy and releived that she was finally going to receive her wages and other pay that chauhan owed her,,

chauhan never returned, with sukhi,s  wages and other pay owed,,

all of chauhans actions and behaviour against sukhi, had finally taken its toll on sukhi,,  she had become very tearfull and distressed,, sukhi, was then assisted to send chaun an email, including notifying chauhan that she was now going to see her GP,,

see exhibit below of sukhi,s email to chauhan, [assisted by yvonne pears cocoa interspace]
