C] i craig fraser pray for justice and recompense, for all of the wrongs committed against me, by CEO Mark Parsons of the Coventry Building Society, and his cohorts, and may the wrath of God be upon them, if they further deny my rights to justice, and recompense, for the loss, harm and injuries that they have caused me,, i rebuke Mark Parsons, in the name of Jesus Christ, for continually refusing to respond to my allegations against him, and his cohorts,

Thank you for your recent correspondence. 
  
Having checked our records I can confirm that an application was lodged 
against title WM336901 by Band Hatton Button LLP on 26 June 2017. The 
application contained a transfer dated 9 June 2017 made between (1) Rachel 
Last and Craig Lawrence Fraser and (2) Rachel Last. The transfer was 
executed by Rachel Last and by a District Judge on your behalf. 
  
The transfer was made subject to the existing charge in favour of Coventry 
Building Society. Provision for the charge was made at panel 11 of the 
transfer. The charge has since been discharged.

SEE PROOF BELOW, ON WHAT DO THEY KNOW, FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST,

THAT THE LAND REGISTRY HAVE CONFIRMED, THAT THEIR TRANSFER OF TITLE,

OF CRAIG FRASER'S PROPERTY, INTO RACHEL LAST'S SOLE NAME,

WAS MADE SUBJECT TO,

THE EXISTING CHARGE/MORTGAGE, IN FAVOUR OF THE COVENTRY BUILDING SOCIETY,,


THE HM LAND REGISTRY RECORDS OF THE 27TH JUNE 2017,

PROVE THAT THE COVENTRY BUILDING SOCIETY, PROVIDED THEM WITH FAKE DOCUMENTS, CLAIMING THAT CRAIG FRASER,S MORTGAGE HAD BEEN REDEEMED, 


WHEN IN FACT CRAIG FRASER'S MORTGAGE HAD NOT BEEN REDEEMED,

THE COVENTRY BUILDING SOCIETY CONTINUED TAKING

2] i, craig fraser, require you to confirm the evidence that you relied on, to Publish a change of Title, of my property, on 27th June 2017, without my knowledge or consent, 
you, acting as the HM Land Registry, Published a change of Ownership, and Mortgage of my Property, into the Sole name of Rachel Last,

3] i, craig fraser, require you to prove the accuracy, and accountability of your publication, in regard to my property, 41 Catesby Road, by confirming that you had been provided with proof of the Mortgage, with the Coventry Building Society, in Rachel Last,s sole name,,  
you were required to have evidenced a Mortgage Deed, in Rachel Last's sole name, to prove your publication of her alleged purchase of my property,, 

4] to prevent any confusion, i require confirmation that the HM Land Registry, had evidenced a Mortgage, in Rachel Last,s SOLE NAME, prior to their change of Title and Ownership, on 27th June 2017, of 41 Catesby Road, Coventry, CV6 3EU,

9] the Coventry Building Society are required by Law,

to notify the HM Land Registry of any False and Fraudulent Records, under their name, or their clients name,

yet they continually denied to myself and my lawyer,

the existence of the Mortgage that they had given

to Rachel Last, to allegedly purchase my property,,

of which had never happened,, 

NO SALE of my property had ever existed, as i was still paying my Mortgage on it to the Coventry Building Society,,


10] on the 26th October 2017, i came home from work to discover that Rachel Last, had changed my locks,

and locked me out of my home,,

i notified the Police, whom accepted that she had

purchased my house, and threatened me with arrest,

and trespass, if i returned to my property,

the Police based their eviction of myself from my home, 

on Rachel Last,s Mortgage, with the Coventry Building Society 

in June, of which was 4-months prior,,

even though a Mortgage, and a Sale,

requires Vacant Possession, to enable a Completion,,

this again, is another fact that the Coventry Building

have constantly denied, by continuing to take

my Mortgage payments for 9-months, AFTER

the alleged sale of my property,


11] see enclosed, proof of my Mortgage Payments to the Coventry Building Society, via my Mortgage Payment Book, 

and a copy of my Halifax Bankers Drafts,

that i also used to pay my Mortgage,

on the advice of my lawyer, yvonne pears,


12]  in February, 2018, the Coventry Building Society refused to allow me to pay my Mortgage instalment, on the false claim, that i had already paid off my Mortgage in January,,

my lawyer and i, checked the HM Land Registry records, and Rachel Last,s Coventry Building Society Mortgage on my home, of approximately £65,000, no longer existed, she had some how, paid her Mortgage off, in 8-SHORT-MONTHS,, 


13] you Mark Parsons CEO of the Coventry Building Society, and your cohorts, have committed the criminal offences of, A] DIRECT CONVERSION OF LAND, VIA MORTGAGE FRAUD,

​and, FALSIFICATION OF MY TITLE DEEDS, and, CRIMINAL TRESPASS AGAINST MYSELF AND THEFT OF MY LIFE LONG POSSESSIONS,

1] i craig fraser purchased my house, 41 Catesby Road, Radford, Coventry, CV6 3EU, in february 1994, with a 25% deposit from my family inheritance, and the remaining 75% was a mortgage, with the Coventry Building Society,, 


2] Rachel Last was placed as a second name on my mortgage, because she had agreed to pay half of the payments, of which she reneged on her promise, and never, ever paid a penny towards my mortgage, of which my bank statements, prove,,


​3] i was the sole occupier of my home, as Rachel Last had moved out in 2015, and only turned up to collect her post,,


​4] on sunday 2nd july 2017, Rachel Last, turned up at my home, to inform me that she now owns my home, and i have 14-days to move out,,  i had no knowledge of this, so my lawyer decided that we​ should check with the HM Land Registry, as a precaution, 


​5] the HM Land Registry records, proved that the

Coventry Building Society had committed the crime

of Direct Conversion of my Land and Real Estate,

by selling my home to Rachel Last, without my knowledge or consent, and fraudulently providing her with a Mortgage on it,,


6] the Coventry Building Society, fraudulently

deleted the records of my 23-year mortgage on my home,

whilst still accepting my mortgage payments into my

Mortgage Account,

of which they had removed from the HM Land Registry records,,


7] in june 2017, the Coventry Building Society,

secretly changed the Title Deeds, of my home with the

HM Land Registry, into Rachel Last,s name 

without my knowledge or consent, 

by naming themselves, as the providers of a Mortgage,

in her sole name, and removing my name and my Mortgage from my Title Deeds, of which i was still paying,,


8] the HM Land Registry, had recorded that Rachel Last had purchased my £160,000 home,

with a Mortgage from the Coventry Building Society 

for a give away price of 65,000,  

the Coventry Building Society, have continually denied this, whilst at the same time, refusing their lawful obligation to correct the HM Land Registry,s False Records,

whilst still accepting my Mortgage payments, and upholding 2-seperate Mortgage Accounts on my home, in 2-different names,

after many months of investigations,

there is a NEW LIEN,
