Andy Parker CEO of Equita/Capita whom collects the charge for BBC TV Licencing, is being paid an enormous amount of public money,,

Equita/Capita deal mostly in cash,, and are proven to operate under organised crime and dirty money,,

is this why the BBC pay Andy Parker whom is a chartered accountant,, and also the CEO of EQUITA/CAPITA,, £64,000 per week of public monies which is unregulated,, and blatant abuse of hard earned public money,,

EQUITA/CAPITA specifically employ ex-convicts as aggressors, to act as agents, whom fraudulently claim that they are bailiffs,,

these ex-convicts whom may already have a record of violence and burglary,, are attempting to get inside peoples homes, and the police are criminally assisting them, to ransack,,, and/or burgle peoples homes,, including giving ex-convicts inside knowledge and the lay out of peoples homes,,

yvonne pears made it known to Equita and the Police that it is a further criminal offence, by the stealing of children's belongings,, the Police and the agent ignored the child's pleas, and showed no mercy, which constitutes further exacerbated child abuse,,

meaning that the Police are a danger to all children including their own,,

abuse is also to abuse one's authority and everything which is contrary to good, and in violation of a right, willfully done, or cause to be done, which is injurious and clearly against logic, and failure to exercise soundness of mind against reason and facts,,

MP Theresa May has authorised the Police to unlawfully enter upon and into peoples private land and real estate, including invading the whole of their homesteads, and snooping round children's bedrooms, will full force and violence against the will and rights of a people,, and breaching their privacy rights,,

g,7] daylight robbery

the Police and the Equita agents eventually left the family home,, yet kept a presence outside of the house talking,,

the family and yvonne pears all watched from inside the house eagerly waiting for them to go,, after a while jasbir and yvonne spotted the Equita agent clamping yvonne's car through the living room window,,

yvonne was shocked and went outside to them, followed by jasbir,,

yvonne notified the Equita clamper and the police man, that it is her car that they are clamping, and she does not consent to them taking her car,, the police man asked yvonne if she has got the log book with her, to show that she is the owner of the car,, yvonne told him that she does not live in the area and does not carry her log book around with her,, the police man continued to aid and abett the Equita agent in the clamping and control of her car, and refused to engage with her any further,, meaning that the police man assisted and proceeded in the robbery of yvonne,s car,, regardless of her protests and against her will,,

after yvonne,s car was clamped, the Equita agent stuck a plastic bag on the wind screen of yvonne,s car, then the police and the Equita agents all walked off together,,

a clamp on a car is required to have the contact details of the clamper written on the car,,

yvonne collected the plastic bag off her car and read the notice inside, which is addressed to jasbir surana,, [see exhibit, 5a] and 6] above],,

the notice that was placed on the car also gave no contact details of the clamper, meaning that there is no intent to return yvonne's car back to her which constitutes daylight robbery,,

MP Theresa May received a judgment lien certificate via e-mail on monday 7th september 2015,,

an oath is an attestation and a promise bound in conscience to perform an act faithfully and truthfully which holds responsibility to God, and the sovereignty of a people,,

MP Theresa May and the Police have jointly and deliberately, breached their oath, without conscience, by use of force and arms, placing themselves as a belligerent enemy, in the destruction of the freedoms of a people of the united kingdom,, including refusals of their rights to practice their religion,,

e,5] false arrest

false arrest is unlawful physical restraint of anothers liberty, anywhere,,

the Police invited a second Equita agent into jasper surana,s family home without consent, and held the family of four under hostage,, which included 7 and 11-year-old terrified children, for over 2-hours, and the police insisted that the father, jasbir surana and his lawyer yvonne pears, remain in the hallway against their will,, even after yvonne pears notified them that she will prosecute them, the Police continued to oversee the two Equita agents, ransacking the upstairs and down stairs of the family home, unsupervised, under the force and control of the police,,

the Equita agent disconnected jasbir's childrens x box in front of them and took it to the hallway and placed it on the stairs,,

14] it is now 4th october 2015 and the car taken possession of, by the west midlands, coventry police and EQUITA, is still clamped and left on the road, with no tax, no insurance, and continually blocking a public right of way,,

the fact that the police and Equita, have committed a robbery and taken possession of yvonne pears car, means that the car is no longer taxed insured to be on a public highway,, meaning that the police and Equita have taken ownership of the car,, and they are allowed to have un-insured vehicles on the public highway,, yet take money from the public, if they do the same,,

the car has been un-insured on the public highway, for more than 54-days, so far,,

the united kingdom is a christian country, and the bible that MP Theresa May and the Police swear their oaths upon, condemns all of the above crimes,,

which constitutes religious persecution,,

jasbir and his family have a right to practice their Sikh religion, which condemns all of the crimes of harm loss and injury committed against them,, which includes dirty money, and large scale organised crime, which was committed against them on wednesday 12th august 2015, including the further continuing, enforced harm loss and injury,,

a,1] aggravated trespass against a private trust,,

the family property where the aggravated trespass took place, is held in a common law private trust, meaning that no one, nor any government department or agent can take control or possession of, without explicit consent,,

b,2] false accounting,,

the alleged enforcement notice used by the Equita agent is *not signed*, meaning that Equita ltd have not, and cannot place this alleged claim, or finances, within their accounts,, thus proving false accounting and tax fraud,, all claims of debts are required to be signed, to provide the proof of a *true bill*,,

the alleged amount of £1586.14 is fraudulently written on the unsigned fraudulent enforcement notice,, used by the Equita agent,, and the fraudulent enforcement notice,, also proves *no court fees*,, meaning that a private company, [Equita] and the police,, also fraudulently and unlawfully, pretend that they have un-warranted jurisdiction over a people,,,

which is enforced by the Police, under the authority and command of MP Theresa May on wednesday 12th august 2015,, and still continues, as MP Theresa May,, has refused to reply or respond to the e-mail, that the international global common law court of justicesent to her, on the 12 august 2015,, [see 9 in index],,

yvonne pears has a right to practice religion, which condemns all of the crimes of harm loss and injury committed against her, which includes dirty money, and large scale organised crime, committed against her, on wednesday 12th august 2015 including the further continuing, enforced harm loss and injury,,

h,8] forcing children into exile and a safe house

as soon as the Police and Equita agents left the scene of the crime, jasbir's children were extremeley upset and traumatised, by having to witness the ransacking of their home by strangers,,

they were further terrified, because the Equita agents said they would return,,

the children were afraid to stay in their own home and had to be taken to a place of safety,,

the family are continually on red alert, and unable to feel safe in their own home, and the family are deeply traumatised and having difficulty sleeping,,

the children have rarely been home since,,

The process the bailiff must follow to take control of a vehicle

If the bailiff has taken control of your vehicle, they must follow a certain process, as follows:

properly identifying the vehicle and checking it belongs to you, such as by getting proof from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA)

securing the vehicle so that it can't be moved, usually by clamping, unless you voluntarily hand over the keys

giving you a written warning, called a warning of immobilisation, which should be fixed to your vehicle in a prominent place, explaining how and why they have secured it

leaving at least two hours before the vehicle is taken away, during which you can try to pay whatever you owe or come to an agreement for a payment plan with the bailiff

removing the vehicle to storage if you haven't come to an agreement within two hours.

As with all belongings that a bailiff takes into control, you must be given an inventory which contains details of everything that has been taken into control. This must include information which identifies your vehicle, such as the registration number. If the vehicle is removed, you must also be given a notice which explains what has happened, called the notice after removal of goods.

Equita posted jasbir surana a letter the day after the robbery, confirming that Equita deliberately, intend to commit further robberies, against jasbir and his family, with the approval of MP Theresa May and her Police Force,,, with the vicious intent of causing further aggravated harm, loss and injuries,, including against children,, which is aggravated child abuse,,

in addition, the family are held under seige, on red alert, 24-7, not knowing, when the criminals are going to return to their homestead with repeated violence,, to further launder dirty money, no matter whom they destroy,,,

the police united with Equita in committing joint aggravated trespass, and the police commanded and directed the aggravated trespass with force and arms,,

the unlawful aggravated trespass committed is, an unlawful act to injure people and property, with violence or implied, causing injury to the rights of another,,

unlawful aggravated trespass is committed with violence, either actual or implied, when injury is of a direct and immediate kind, and committed on the people or property, the law will imply violence, even if non is used,, "it is actual violence, and assault and battery" which is an instance of implied,, even if it a peaceable but wrongful entry upon a peoples land,,
